After completing her Masters in computer science, Hamsini joined Provocatus’ technology partner Starlight Technology Solutions as a full-time Software Engineer. Hamsini provides software development and technical support across key projects, helping Provocatus to grow and improve the support it provides to Australian veterans. What do you love most about your work or your team? I love how collaborative and supportive my team is, and how we constantly learn from each other. It makes even challenging work feel motivating.

Following 13 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Nicole joined the team at Sothern Cross Pain Clinic before coming across to work at Provocatus. In her current role as Medical Administration Coordinator, Nicole works as the first link in the chain between veterans, doctors and clinicians, helping veterans to get treatment for a range of conditions. On top of this, Nicole keeps the office running smoothly by providing support to most areas of the business. What do you love most about your work or your team? I just enjoy being with the team every day, they’re a good group of people to be around. It’s a great environment to work in. I also enjoy hearing the stories of the veterans that I help.

While completing his Batchelor of Commerce degree at University of Wollongong, Charles joined Provocatus as a fulfillment operator. Towards the end of his studies, he was offered a full-time role as Project Officer, where he now provides governance and support across multiple projects. What do you love most about your work or your team? I enjoy being involved in projects that help change the company or improving our capabilities that better help veterans.

Following years of experience in the healthcare industry, Luke joined us as commercial manager and shared his expertise across all corners of the business. In that time, he’s worked with our network of doctors, pharmacists, our growing number of commercial partners and philanthropic organisations, leading to positive outcomes. His experience, before and during his time at Provocatus, helped to make him a great fit as Managing Director. What do you love most about your work or your team? I love working at the Aeternal Group for the variety it brings. With work across healthcare, pharmaceutical, research, secure storage, distribution, logistics and technology there is never a dull day. Having a shared mission ensures we are all towing in the same direction.

Ditmar’s experience in logistics covers over four decades. His career includes management positions within FMCG, 3PL, 4PL and road transport organisations. Ditmar’s strengths lie in getting the best from the people around him for the benefit of customers. What do you love most about your work or your team? I enjoy our collaborative working environment, along with the professional development it offers our team members. We’ve always had a strong ADF veteran focus in our core business activities and this sense of purpose is reflected within our daily efforts to provide the best possible holistic service offering to our customers.
